ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS  – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

December 13, 2017 5:00 PM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Scott Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Town of Scott Town Hall, 2621 Jody Drive, New Franken, WI 54229 at 5:00 PM on Wednesday December 13, 2017 to solicit public opinion on the following requests.

The request of Holy Cross Church, 3001 Bay Settlement Road, Green Bay, WI 54311 for a variance for Parcel SC-22-92.  The property is zoned R-1 Residential.  Variance request is to cross the side yard lot line for an addition to the existing Rectory.  Request is due to Brown County Ordinance requirement that will not permit a lot line to be removed if it is designating a municipal boundary. Reference: Town of Scott Code of Ordinances, Chapter 375-25.G.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Upon completion of the Public Hearing scheduled for 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 the Zoning Board of appeals will convene a Special Meeting to Review/Take Action on the request for variance by Holy Cross Church, 3001 Bay Settlement Road, Green Bay, WI 54311 for a variance for Parcel SC-22-92.  The property is zoned R-1 Residential.  Variance request is due to Brown County Ordinance requirement that will not permit a lot line to be removed if it is designating a municipal boundary.
