NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin will hold a public hearing in this proceeding on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. The Commission shall receive evidence from the parties and Commission staff, and comments from members of the public. The presiding Administrative Law Judge may allot additional time to receive evidence and comments, if necessary.

This is a Class 1 proceeding as defined in Wis. Stat. § 227.01(3)(a).

This hearing has no physical location. This is an audio hearing Parties and Commission staff shall attend by telephone. Members of the public may attend by telephone or listen to live on the internet.

The Administrative Law Judge controls access to the hearing. Telephone lines will be muted until the time allowed for each caller to speak. PUBLIC COMMENTS. A person may testify in this proceeding without becoming a party and without attorney representation. A person may submit this testimony in only one of the following ways:
