 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING May 23, 2018 5:00 PM

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Scott Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Town of Scott Town Hall, 2621 Jody Drive, New Franken, WI 54229 at 5:00 PM on Wednesday May 23, 2018 to solicit public opinion on the following requests.

The request of Mike Zoelle, 4201 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311 for variance for Parcel SC-1602-2.  The property is zoned R-1 Residential.  Variance request to reduce the minimum front yard setback for a new home.  Request is for the front yard setback reduction along Nicolet Drive from 25 feet to 11 feet 4 inches, (13-feet, 8-inch variance request). Reference: Town of Scott Code of Ordinances, Chapter 375-9.

Upon completion of the Public Hearing scheduled for 5:00 PM on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 the Zoning Board of appeals will convene a Special Meeting to Review/Take Action on the request for variance by Mike Zoelle, 4201 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311 for variance for Parcel SC-1602-2.  The property is zoned R-1 Residential.  Variance request to reduce the minimum front yard setback for a new home.  Request is for the front yard setback reduction along Nicolet Drive from 25 feet to 11 feet 4 inches, (13-feet, 8-inch variance request).
