Following the Comprehensive Plan Open House there will also be a presentation at 6:00pm of the TMDL and Storm Water Management Plan. This Plan is required by the DNR and defines how the Town will improve water quality in stormwater runoff.
The Town of Scott would like to invite you to an open house at the Town of Scott, Town Hall.
The open house will be held on October 24, 2017 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm
The presentation will be based on the draft of the Comprehensive Plan, which is an update of the original plan, adopted in 2006.
There is no need to be present for the entire 2-hour open house.
This information will be provided in a series of brief presentations followed by a question and answer session.

TOWN OF SCOTT RESOLUTION 2017-10-01
INITIATING THE VACATING OF AN UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY AT KISH-KE-KWAN-TE-NO, LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF SCOTT, BROWN COUNTY, WISCONSIN
BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF SCOTT:
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Scott has initiated the vacation, discontinuance, and abandonment of an unimproved right-of-way at the Kish-Ke-Kwan-Te-No subdivision located in the Town of Scott, Brown County, Wisconsin, in accordance with the requirements of Section 66.1003 Wis. Stats. and insomuch as the Town Board has found such vacation, discontinuance and abandonment in the public interest of the Town of Scott and having previously reviewed and recommended such vacation, discontinuance, and abandonment and the consequential amendment to the Official Town Street Map, and due notice of hearing having been given and a public hearing having been held on September 6, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., and due notice and all other applicable requirements of Section 66.1003 Wis. Stats. having been accomplished;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of the Town of Scott, Wisconsin, as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described property as set forth and shown on the scale map attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein along with the legal description, be and the same is hereby wholly abandoned, vacated and discontinued as a public thoroughfare. That all easements and rights incidental thereto belonging to the Town are intended likewise to be vacated.
SECTION 2. That ownership of such portion the unimproved right-of-way at the Kish-Ke-Kwan-Te-No subdivision vacated herein shall hereby revert as provided by law.
SECTION 3. That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file and record a certified copy of this Resolution with the map attached in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Brown County and to amend the Official Map of the Town in conformity with this resolution.
