NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JULY 14, 2026 at 5:00 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Scott, Brown County, Wisconsin will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:00 P.M. on July 14, 2026 in the Town Hall, 2621 Jody Drive, New Franken WI  54229.  The Hearing will be to gather public input concerning a request to rezone a portion of parcel: SC-461, (located on Church Road, west of STH 57) from AG-FP Agriculture-Farmland Preservation to A-1 Agriculture, and from AG-FP to R-1 Residential.

All interested persons, their agents or their attorneys may appear before the Town Board and be heard concerning these matters.
